First Web Release. Includes the addition of PHPler.
PHP ZIP Library
This code can generate a zip file in memory and push it out to a browser. It is suited for highly dynamic environments where eg different access rights for users make "static" zip files impossible.
This library is an extension of the work done by Devin Doucette published by phpclasses.org. It has been tested and proved to be very reliable, also under high load.
Licenses added for some projects
I have added LICENSE-files to some of the projects, after it has been pointed out that they are missing and this absence could cause uncertainty about reusing the code. I would like to release most of the projects into the public domain and that's why I have chosen the Creative Commons CC0 license. So feel free to do whatever you like with the code... :)...
